The purpose of establishing and maintaining the register is to digitize unmanned aircraft system operators, remote-controlled pilots, aircraft model clubs and associations, as well as unmanned aircraft subject to certification and unmanned aircraft used for open and specific categories, as well as unmanned aircraft operating permits and remote-controlled pilots in the framework of training, other processes, thereby ensuring the accuracy of information on the users of the unmanned aircraft.
