Process description

1. Service requests
   A person who wants to take an online exam of remote pilots in the open category A1, A3, creates a profile on the Civil Aviation Agency Portal before taking it, after setting up the profile, receives a link to the e-mail specified by it that gets access to online training when activated.

2. Conformity assessment
   Online exam of remote pilots.

3. Receipt of services
   Remote pilot's acknowledgement of a completed online inspection of remote pilots in subcategory A1, A3.
