Organisations engaged in the operation of specialised aircraft pursuant to Annex VIII (Part-SPO) to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, Training organisations or organisations established with a view to promoting air sport.

In order to perform the desantation of athletes, students or amateurs from a civil aviation aircraft, the Organisation (the applicant) must obtain a permit of the Civil Aviation Agency, which shall be issued in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 493 of 17 July 2007, Regulations regarding the procedures for the desantation of parachutes and the procedures for the issuance of a permit for the desantation of parachutes.

Process description

Application submission
The applicant shall submit an application and documentation to the Civil Aviation Agency in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 493 of 17 July 2007, Regulations regarding the desantation of parachutes and the procedures for the issuance of a permit for the desantation of parachutes.
taking a decision on the withdrawal or refusal of an authorisation
The Civil Aviation Agency shall take a decision regarding the issuance of a permit or refusal to issue a permit within the time period and in accordance with the procedures specified in the Administrative Procedure Law, evaluating the information indicated in the application and the attached documents.
