Declaration of practical training and skills assessment of remote-controlled pilots for unmanned aircraft operations covered by standard scenarios

Process description

1. Service requests
   An operator of an unmanned aircraft system or a body recognised by the Civil Aviation Agency shall submit declarations for the practical training and skills assessment of remote-controlled pilots for unmanned aircraft operations covered by standard scenarios in accordance with Appendix 3 to Regulation 2019/947.

2. Conformity assessment
   Assessment of compliance with the applicable requirements of the declaration submitted by an operator of an unmanned aircraft system or a body recognised by the Civil Aviation Agency.

3. Receipt of services
   Where the documents submitted comply with the applicable requirements, a declaration of compliance with Appendix 3 to Regulation No 2019/947 shall be issued.
