Submission of documents
The owner or user of an installation shall submit the following documents to the Civil Aviation Agency within 45 days of the completion of the construction, installation or deployment of the installation:
1. a statement (in accordance with a specific form);
2. a report of the geodetic survey of the location of the site (permanent objects);
3. a document (copy) attesting the conformity of the person performing the geodetic survey of the location of the installation with the qualification specified in Section 10, Paragraph three of the Law on Geospatial Information.issuing an opinion
The Civil Aviation Agency shall issue a written opinion regarding the validity of the installation for operation from the point of view of flight safety requirements.
