Certification of an English language proficiency test organization

Process description

1. Submission of the application
   The ATO shall submit documentation to the Civil Aviation Agency in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020) 52. three prim paragraphs.

2. Conformity assessment
   The Civil Aviation Agency shall assess the adequacy of the documentation submitted to the ATO:
   1) by reviewing the range of submitted documents (pre-certification document review stage);
   2) performing document audits and on-site inspections of the organization (certification phase).

3. Receiving the service
   The Civil Aviation Agency shall issue a certificate of the English language proficiency testing organization in accordance with Paragraph 52 prim of the Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020).
