The permission of the Civil Aviation Agency shall be obtained in order to construct, install and deploy potentially hazardous objects for the safety of aircraft flights, which comply with the criteria of Section 41, Paragraph one of the Law On Aviation.

Process description

  1. Submission of documents
    In order for the owner or user of an installation to receive a permit, the local government, the owner of the facility or the user shall submit the following documents to the Civil Aviation Agency:
    1. application (according to a specified form)
    2. a geodetic survey report of the planned location of the site;
    3. a document (copy) attesting the conformity of the person performing the geodetic survey of the planned location of the installation with the qualification specified in Section 10, Paragraph three of the Law on Geospatial Information.

  2. Issuance of the permit
    The Civil Aviation Agency shall issue a written permit, which shall include technical rules for the construction, installation and deployment of an installation and, if necessary, the relevant restrictions.
    The authorisation shall be valid for a period of four years from the date of issue.
