Assessment of the application of an unmanned aircraft system operator without a predefined risk assessment and issuance of an operating permit

Process description

1. Service requests
   An applicant for an unmanned aircraft system operator wishing to carry out unmanned aircraft flights without a pre-defined risk assessment shall submit a completed application form to the CAA, etc. The documents provided for in Regulation No 2019/947.

2. Conformity assessment
   Assessment of compliance with the applicable requirements.

3. Receipt of services
   If the documents submitted comply with the applicable requirements, an authorisation shall be issued.
