Assessment of the application of the unmanned aircraft system operator on the basis of a predefined risk assessment (PDRA) and the issuance of an operating permit

Process description

1. Service requests
   An applicant for an unmanned aircraft system operator wishing to carry out unmanned aircraft flights on the basis of a pre-defined risk assessment (PDRA) shall submit a completed application form to the CAA, etc. The documents provided for in Regulation No 2019/947.

2. Conformity assessment
   Assessment of compliance with the applicable requirements.

3. Receipt of services
   If the documents submitted comply with the applicable requirements, an authorisation shall be issued.
