The operations manual of the Combined Airworthiness Organisation and any changes thereto must be approved. The initial approval is done at the same time as the approval of the organisation. However, there can be changes to the operating manual which are not related to amendments to the certificate itself. Such changes must also be approved.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    Application for changes to the operations manual/exposition of the aircraft maintenance organisation.

  2. Conformity assessment
    The conformity of changes to the performance manual submitted by the applicant with the requirements of regulatory documents shall be evaluated.

  3. Receipt of services
    As a result of a positive assessment, the changes are confirmed and an approval letter is sent to the organisation.
