Aircraft maintenance must be carried out in accordance with an approved maintenance programme. This programme and any amendments thereto shall be approved by the competent authority of the State of registration of the aircraft.

Application for approval of aircraft maintenance programmes or amendments/modifications thereto with the accompanying draft programme.
conformity assessment
The assessment of the maintenance programme submitted by the applicant or its changes to the requirements of the regulatory documents, as well as the conditions of the aircraft manufacturers and other required documents, shall be evaluated.
approval of amendments/changes
If, in the course of the assessment, it is established that the aircraft maintenance programme meets all necessary conditions, a decision shall be taken on approval of the maintenance programme or changes thereto and an approval letter shall be sent to the applicant.
