In order to improve its work and find out customer satisfaction with the quality and efficiency of service provision, as well as to make the necessary improvements, Civil Aviation Agency of Latvia conducts a customer satisfaction survey: https://forms.gle/vvFE2nBZRxhhxLpo6
It will not take more than 3 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The survey is anonymous, and the results will be used only in aggregate form.
The questionnaire can be filled in until 31.12.2022.
